Legal Representative and General Manager of the company. M.Sc. (c) in Aquatic Resources, specializing in Aquatic Ecology, from the National University of San Marcos (UNMSM). Specialist in the conservation of marine and continental aquatic environments since 1997. He has teaching experience in various courses within the Biology program at UNMSM. His main scientific contributions have been carried out in several protected areas, including Paracas National Reserve, San Fernando National Reserve, and the National Reserve System of Islands, Islets, and Guano Capes (Grupo de Pescadores Islet sector).

Developer of the protocol for verifying pore openings in hydrobiological sampling nets for our company. Trained at INACAL and currently responsible for Quality Management.

B.Sc. in Biological Sciences from UNMSM. Specialist in the design and planning of marine and continental aquatic environmental quality assessments. Trained and experienced in Ecological Risk Assessment Applied to Fisheries. Trained and experienced in Environmental Flow Studies.
Vito Angelo Aliaga Araujo
Agricultural Engineer with experience in the management, scheduling, and monitoring of public projects within the framework of the National Investment System. Experienced in the design of storage dams, water conveyance systems, access roads, hydraulic studies, hydrological studies, hydrometry, sediment studies, hydraulic simulations, diamond drilling, as well as the planning, design, and execution of riverbank protection works and the processing of water, construction, and environmental permits. Co-responsible for Environmental Flow Studies.
Irene Isabel Silva Anchante
Licensed Biologist, graduate of the National University of San Marcos, specializing in Hydrobiology and Fisheries. Experience in consulting services applied to Environmental Impact Studies in continental environments. Experience in research focused on the cultivation of aquatic resources.
Luis Antonio Hoyos Mayta
Biologist, M.Sc., and former professor at UNMSM, with postgraduate studies in Age and Growth of Bony Fish and Theories and Models in Ecology at UNMSM, Peru, and in Behavioral Ecology and Fish Trophodynamics at the University of Concepción, Chile. Member of FishBase since 2003. He has made numerous national and international scientific contributions in fish taxonomy, trophic ecology, and population genetics, as well as contributions to the knowledge of Peru’s mangrove ecosystems. He has extensive experience in marine environmental assessment studies in the hydrocarbon, housing, energy, sanitation, port, and mining sectors.
Miguel Angel Saldaña Serrano
Biologist, M.Sc., with experience in the cultivation of crustaceans (shrimp and native river prawns), Amazonian fish (gamitana and paco), and cold-water fish (trout), including reproduction, larviculture, nursery rearing, and grow-out. He also has experience with recirculating aquaculture systems (RAS). Specialized in aquatic ecotoxicology, evaluating the effects of different contaminants on aquatic organisms through biochemical, molecular, and cytogenetic biomarkers using bioassays and/or toxicity tests. Experienced in experimental design and multivariate statistics.
Daniel Saúl Oré Chávez
M.Sc. (c) Biologist Daniel Saúl Oré Chávez, specializing in genetics and molecular biology. Currently a lecturer at the National University of San Marcos (UNMSM) and the University of San Martín de Porres (USMP). Technical coordinator and project lead in various biotechnology platforms, including molecular genetic markers, plasmids, immune response, genetic erosion, DNA barcoding, genetic diversity and population structure, meristic, morphometric and molecular analyses, genetic variability, microsatellites, bioinformatics, and molecular markers of contamination in various commercially important species, developed at UNMSM and USMP.
